1. We try our best to secure cups. However, unforeseen events may hinder us from fulfilling your order. In such an event, you will receive a full refund.
2. We will try to ship out your order as soon as possible. However, due to pandemic, pre-orders may take up to 6 weeks after release to deliver.
3. USPS First-Class/Priority shipping is included for a valid mailing address in the USA. If you want to ship the cup outside the USA or wish to upgrade to express shipping, please make an arrangement with us.

We only accept PayPal Goods and Services (G&S)

Please be advised that cancellation requests made (up to 24 hours after order placed) via email or FB messages will be processed without a fee.
Cancellation requests made 24 hours or more after order placed may be subject to a charge of 20% fee.
Return is not accepted in general. If you have any issues or concerns about the product you received, please contact us.
